Conor McGregor has been insulting Dustin Poirier and his wife for quite some time now. As he recovers from his injury, Conor has once again reignited the beef between the two lightweights.
Conor McGregor has taken the rivalry between Dustin Poirier and him to another level ever since UFC 264. The Irishman has not only insulted the fighter but also has disrespected his wife on Twitter and also inside the octagon after UFC 264. McGregor went to the extent of giving death threats. He is once again reignited that flame on Twitter today as he posted a video of Dustin talking about how his wife once got harassed on a podcast with comedian Theo Von. The video was bought under Conor’s radar by a fan of his.
In the video, Dustin says “I was at my brother’s house, and it was like a street party. You know, everybody is out on the street. And my wife was leaning over a fence talking to somebody. Guys from next door came over and like, bent over her back – while she was bending over – and put his hand on her stomach, started talking in her ear.”
“I ripped him off. I had a buddy of mine who fights. He started dropping this other guy’s people left and right. Every shot that landed, everybody fell. He shot a hundred percent from the field that night. Then I started punching this guy. And then he had a lot more friends than we did. People were fighting everywhere. I ended up getting my back up against a car ‘cause they were jumping. And I got hit with a bunch of uppercuts. It was crazy, man.”
Dustin Poirier responds with an image of Conor McGregor knocked out
After the fan suggested this video, Conor shared it with the caption, “Ye sounds about right,” sarcastically taking jibes at Dustin and his wife. McGregor has already accused Jolie Poirier of sliding into his DMs and questioning her loyalty. Dustin after seeing Conor’s tweet responded with the famous troll image of Conor.
Those two didn’t stop there. Conor went on a rant writing, “Ye pal live on that one way back, I will too. I bounced your head off the canvas like a basketball. Your wife bro. The dm’s. Elbows into your dome. The soft part of the skull that doesn’t harden ever. From when you’re a baby. Drilled into your skull at 100mph. U slept on my belly.” Dustin Poirier didn’t write too much but rather pointed out their trilogy and how Poirier won it. “3-1,” Dustin Poirier replied.
