Virat Kohli is considered as the ambassador of cricket. He is the third most followed sportsperson on Instagram. Apart from his on-field performances, he is an emblem of flamboyance and style outside the field.

He is known for paying close attention to his looks and often wears expensive clothes and shoes. So rumours started circulating on the micro-blogging platform about how his recent haircut from a famous stylist Rashid Salmani cost him INR 80,000. Knowing how he is always well-groomed, this rumour might be true.

Yet, Kohli might have paid that big sum not merely to have his hair cut but for using other services as well in addition to the haircut. The highest quality salons in Delhi NCR don’t charge this much just for a haircut.

Kohli’s style is called an undercut. The hair on the sides and back of the head is cut very short while on top it is kept longer. The salon is in the Ashok Vihar area of Delhi with the name ‘Studio 17’.

Salmani has styled other Indian cricketers as well- Hardik PandyaShreyas Iyer, Nitish Rana, and Rishabh Pant. International cricketers like Faf du Plessis, Trent Boult, Jason Roy and others have also cut their hair from Salmani.
