Real Housewives of New York City star LuAnn de Lesseps has somehow managed to avoid jail time in the past 18 months after a Christmas Eve 2017 arrest for multiple charges that included threatening a police officer, two stints in rehab, and a probation violation. But, if she doesn’t get her act together soon, she might lose her spot on RHONY.

Despite facing multiple felony charges, De Lesseps made a plea deal with prosecutors last summer that left some misdemeanors on her record and kept her out of jail. She instead received one year of probation, and the terms were that she couldn’t drink alcohol and had to attend regular AA meetings.

However, last month the 54-year-old violated those terms after a performance of her cabaret show Countess and Friends in Chicago, and she failed an alcohol test and admitted to drinking mimosas. This violation led to de Lesseps’ probation officer claiming that she wasn’t taking her probation or her sobriety seriously, and she ended up back in front of a Palm Beach County, Florida, judge on May 23rd.

Instead of putting de Lesseps in jail, the judge ordered stricter probation terms for de Lesseps. Like the original agreement, the reality star has to avoid alcohol and attend meetings, but now she must also take anti-alcohol medication, must maintain a breathalyzer monitoring device, and she will have weekly telephone counseling sessions and monthly in-person sessions with a treating psychiatrist.

RHONY producers are reportedly concerned about de Lesseps, and an insider says she is in danger of losing her full-time gig because of her reckless behavior.

“Producers are really considering letting her go because she has become a huge liability,” a source told Radar Online. “She thinks that she is invincible, and producers are really starting to think that being on the show is just making her problems worse.”

The source added that many of de Lesseps’ co-stars believe she should be held accountable for her actions, and producers should part ways with the troubled reality star.

After the Palm Beach County Sheriff released her from custody, de Lesseps went straight to the Hamptons to celebrate her birthday over Memorial Day weekend, and she partied with former Real Housewives of Miami star Marysol Patton, as well as her RHONY co-star Barbara Kavovit.

In one of the video clips posted online from the celebration, LuAnn de Lesseps is sitting at a table with a glass of wine in front of her.
